About Ronan

‘‘Ronan has the ability to make the complex seem simple’’

Ronan is a qualified Coaching Psychologist, Instructor, Facilitator and Educator. He holds a masters degree in Coaching Psychology from the University College Cork, as well as a bachelors degree in Education from the University of Limerick.

He has had almost 20 years of experience in education and over 10 years as a SCUBA diving instructor. He has used professional and behavioural coaching to support SMEs and multinational companies.

He is passionate about supporting individuals and groups through challenging situations and environments which demand a fundamental shift in thinking and energy management.

His approach is individual as well as group centred, using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused Coaching to help clients to set challenging goals and reach their targets. He also provide supportive accountability.

He has worked with individuals and teams in the financial and legal sectors as well as with SMEs and multinationals.

My Journey

My second passion is the sea and maritime history. I’ve been a recreational, technical and freediving instructor for 10 years as well as being an underwater videographer. I have recently achieved a long term goal of diving the iconic wreck of RMS Lusitania.
